Raspberry Beret
« on: May 23, 2016, 10:18:14 PM »
Here is wee Raspberry Beret, a pure Falabella filly. She was born on Ma 3rd and weighed in at just 8 lbs. and her canon bone measured just 5" long!
She is a sweetheart and is doing well as is her dam, Sunset Glory.
Enjoy the photos.
Deb
P.S.  I just noticed today that she has spots on her muzzle. Mama is a snowflake appy and great grand daddy is Chianti, a true Falabella Leopard stallion imported from Argentina.

Sooo, at almost 2 months of age - what does a mini that was only #8 at birth weigh now?

and just out of curiosity, how did you come up with her name?

Little Raspberry Beret is still quite small and weighs about 25 lbs and is still under 25" tall!  Everyone who comes to the farm wants her, but she is a keeper. I have last year's tiny colt, Gem as a keeper and hopefully a few more small ones yet to come.
I will add new pics of her soon.  :)
