Just found out I have to go away in may for SIX days with work 😫

Hopefully it's near the end of it but goldie now needs to foal asap! I don't want to leave a pregnant mare I just won't. And I don't much want to leave a very young foal either.

She was very restless last night, lots of fast pacing.

Haha I have to say my work are pretty good. They will try to accommodate me. I'm hoping they make the trip in June rather than may but I don't know. I can refuse to go but I kind of want to go (great money for one) I just have to decide early for booking etc. So I just hope goldie realises this!

She was rested again last night but I think that's her normal behaviour anyway. She's eating A LOT. more than ever. I just hope foal isn't huge so that if I'm not able to get to her in time for whatever reason she foals okay. If I do go away she will be booked into vets or something I wouldn't just leave her with dad. He's very blasé "let nature take its course" type

Little Goldie update. Not much to report really, maybe a little looser at the back end and getting a little spongy at the bum, but still no boobies. Either about 291 days or 317

Yes im guessing that too, she must have taken the last time i saw her cover (June 12th was the first day, but i didn't notice a cover after that but have taken it from June 17th)
