Filly changing color...what say you?
« on: September 10, 2016, 01:38:16 PM »
Hi again,

Here is our two month old filly, Siobhan who has a fewspot daddy and a leopard mama. She was born solid sorrel with socks and a small star. Now she is changing colors and I think I see some spots on her face, and her legs and hair is darkening here and there.
How many of you think she will become a lovely spotted girl in the future?   ^-^

Thanks,
Debbie

Thanks Holly...she is a sweetie!  Her color is funky right now. I am looking daily for some spots. I am pretty sure her muzzle is starting to show mottling but time will tell I guess!

That is so TRUE with appaloosas.  Who would have thought a pure, solid BLACK colt would turn out like this as he matured????
