I'm so impressed with her :) not bad for my first foal!

I was surprised by how light she was underneath - I expected her to be dark. She's registered as bay. She'll darken up right?

That's pretty typical color for freshly clipped bay and even black, they turn a mousy grey/brown color when clipped.   When you clip you cut off the colored part of the hair shaft.   Some of her color will be back in just a few days.    Most find if they are showing and clip frequently, they don't lose as much color with subsequent clipping.

Yeah she's definitely bay but considering if she has  pangare :)

I swear she's grown hair back already on her face and it's REALLY light lol

Pangare is certainly a question mark.

Omg times escaped me again and it's now under two weeks to my first show and I have never even loaded meadow in a trailer. What if I get there and can't get her back in hahah! I may have to resort to picking her up

Major practice is needed over the next couple of weeks. Momma charm is coming too so I'm hoping she follows her on easy enough even though they are not the most bonded. I considered taking thriller cause she's very attached to him but thought I'd have more chance of charm calling to her as a mother and getting her to come on the box. Well, That's the theory.

ok! so horse box was no issue. Literally no issue.

The issue was a waterdrain in the road. I mean come on! Total overreaction to the point up going up and over. sigh.

But this was today:

She is LOVELY!!

Looking forward to hearing how she does both for you and against competition.  I think she'll do just fine and hold her own.

And she's not the first one I've heard of having issues with man-hole covers, LOL.
