Plans for 2017 ?

(1/3) > >>

Ryan:
Cannot believe how fast 2016 has gone , to think the new year is right around the corner is quite scary.

Who has plans for the new year and into 2017 ?

Over the summer months here I plan to (finally) order flyscreens for the house , probably one of the final things to be done at home along with curtain one final room.
Im hoping to have 3 more paddocks in place out the back so I have a little more rotation options during winter.
Id love to stain the front fence a second time and also the back of the fence that is behind the lake. I stained the front of it two years ago and never quite got the time to do the back.
Im planning to eat healthier ( im a shocker for Icecream ) and the plan is to have the veggie garden going all year round .

And finally , to be riding again :)      (actually hoping to hop on for 5 mins this weekend just to have a sit and see how things are feeling)

and lastly hoping everyone here  has a healthy and happy 2017 :)

Chanda:
hoping that once we get calves shipped, we'll get back to work on the house, and get the windows finished up, they need spray foam, trim work and shades.
Come spring, I hope to breed a few mares for 2018.  Plan to work harder at getting Baybe covered this year, Che` give whole new meaning to hand breeding.   :o   Topper is easy enough, just turn him out with his mares and he gets the job done, but this year I'll give him more time; we missed one mare only giving him 3 weeks.
Come summer, I should probably paint the new windbreak so it lasts longer.

Rocklone:
I don't make plans in life. It's more fun that way :)

Ryan:
Fingers crossed that Baybe is covered Chanda :)  And the rest of your list gets completed.

I agree in a way Hayley but i also think setting goals and plans also helps you strive to achieve :)

dcwolcott:
Yes, I have to admit, that I have goals and plans....and at my age.....a "bucket list" !!
